At Cookie Cottons, we carefully curate every piece and hope you love your purchase. If for any reason an item is not quite right, we are happy to accept eligible returns for store credit.

Children's clothing hygiene clause

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, undergarments, and certain accessories may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in their original condition with all tags attached

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Include original packaging when applicable

Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item(s) returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale Items

All sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@cookiecottons.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

We will provide return instructions upon approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Cookie Cottons is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item. Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee availability by the time your return is received.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.

Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. Cookie Cottons is unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed or shipped.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, any additional shipping charges required for reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We carefully inspect all products before shipment. If you believe you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at hello@cookiecottons.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued electronically and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and does not include original shipping charges.
